Deposit: Until your deposit is paid, your booking is not confirmed meaning your appointment can still be taken; deposits secure your appointment this is the purpose of them. A deposit is non refundable as it is also used as your cancellation fee. Cancellations: Your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee however if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay in full and if you do not you must before the next time you book with me. Late arrivals: Any later than 7-10 mins will be rescheduled/cancelled as it’s unfair to run into the next clients appointment. If there is no one after you I may be able to make exceptions but this shouldn’t have to happen. No shows: You will be required to pay in full before you reschedule or rebook. Pre-booking infills/brow top up: It is probably best to book your infills or next brow wax/tint or lam whilst at your appointment so then you can secure a preferred date/time. PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive to all appointments with no makeup/tan on. ^ or in the case of lashes no mascara remains please. Issues: If there is any issues within 24 hours after your treatment; you don’t like the look of your lashes, they’re too long/short or full or wispy or thin for you, contact me within those 24 hours and we can arrange something of a discounted price and date for you to come back and we can sort whatever the issue is🖤 Same goes for brows if there too light too dark please let me know🖤 Also if your lash extensions/brows after wax, tint or lams are irritating you, causing anything such as burns or itchiness please let me know so I can give my best advice and we can try and see where the root of the problem is and how to resolve it 🖤 Medications & skincare & eye contacts: Please let me know about any medications or skincare you use and if you wear eye contacts as certain things can interfere with treatments🖤
