1. Confirmation and Retainer: Your booking is considered unconfirmed until the requisite retainer has been paid. It is imperative to acknowledge that retainers are both non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Notification of Retainer: Upon completing the retainer, please ensure to promptly send a follow-up message or email to notify us of the transaction. This enables us to confirm its receipt in a timely manner.

3. Balance Settlement: Please take note that the balance, excluding the retainer, must be settled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date.

4. Adherence to Payment Schedule: Your compliance with this payment schedule is crucial to upholding the terms and conditions, as delineated in our official documentation, including the price list, email communications, and invoice.

5. Special Circumstances: In the event of special arrangements, whether communicated verbally or in writing, that deviate from the standard deposit policy, it is imperative to understand that the client remains obligated to pay a cancellation/retainer amount, even if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the booking date.

6. Cancellation Due to Non-Receipt of Retainer: Should the retainer not be received within 24 hours of receiving this communication, the booking will be automatically deemed as canceled.

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice or fail to attend the appointment, you will not be refunded and will be charged in full, as if you had attended. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to Adele Artistry's discretion.

1. Booking and Retainer: a. All bookings are provisional until the required retainer is paid. b. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Retainer Notification: Clients are required to notify Adele Artistry promptly upon making the retainer, confirming the transaction.

3. Balance Settlement: a. The balance, excluding the retainer, must be settled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date. b. Failure to adhere may result in cancellation.

4. Special Circumstances: a. Special arrangements altering standard policies that have be communicated and agreed upon, whether verbally or in writing. b. Clients remain liable for cancellation/retainer amounts, even if within 14 days of the booking date.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: a. Cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice or failure to attend incurs full charges. b. Rescheduling is subject to Adele Artistry's discretion.

6. Travel Fees: a. Clients are responsible for travel fees, where applicable. b. Adele Artistry will communicate and agree upon travel fees in advance.

7. Overseas Travel Policies and Fees: a. Clients are responsible for all overseas travel-related expenses. b. Adele Artistry will communicate and agree upon overseas travel fees and policies in advance.

8. Lateness and Delays Policies and Fees: a. Adele Artistry will make every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines. b. Clients are responsible for additional fees if delays are caused by them.

9. Miscellaneous Policies: a. Adele Artistry reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. b. Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and well-lit workspace. c. Adele Artistry is not liable for any allergic reactions to products used.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to resolution through arbitration, in accordance with England and Wales laws.

By engaging in our services, clients agree to abide by these terms. Adele Artistry reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
