1. Bookings

Appointments can be made via our official booking link (Solo Booking System) or by direct message through our Instagram page. All clients must provide accurate contact information to confirm their booking.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.

2. Payments

The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment by cash, card, or bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed upon at the time of deposit payment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • This fee will be processed using the card details provided at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including late arrivals or missed appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment to avoid delays for other clients. Deposits are non-refundable in these circumstances.

5. Consultations & Consent

All clients must complete a consultation and medical consent form prior to treatment. This ensures suitability and safety for the chosen procedure. Treatments cannot proceed without completed documentation.

6. Patch Testing

  • Semi-permanent makeup treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before the appointment.
  • For all dissolving treatments (including elective and emergency dissolving), a patch test is mandatory prior to treatment.

7. Results & Aftercare

Results will vary between clients depending on individual factors such as anatomy, lifestyle, and healing response. No guarantees are given regarding treatment outcomes.

Comprehensive aftercare advice will be provided, and clients are responsible for following all guidance to achieve optimal results.

8. Photography & Social Media

Before and after photographs may be taken for record and progress purposes. With client consent, images may be shared on Aesthetically Pleased Co’s social media platforms for marketing and educational use.

9. Age Policy

All clients must be 18 years or older to undergo any aesthetic procedure. Proof of age may be requested.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Aesthetically Pleased Co operates under strict health and safety standards. Treatments are provided by trained professionals; however, all procedures carry potential risks which will be discussed during consultation. Clients accept responsibility for disclosing full and accurate medical information prior to treatment.

11. Right to Refuse Treatment

Aesthetically Pleased Co reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or if client expectations are unrealistic.
