Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and treatments. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.
1. Bookings & Payment
All appointments must be secured with a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in loss of deposit. No-shows or failure to attend will be charged in full.
3. Late Arrival
Arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and charged in full at the discretion of the practitioner.
4. Consultation & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and professional skin assessment. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or amend treatment at any time if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
5. Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose full and accurate medical history, skin conditions, medications, allergies, and any relevant health information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused and/or adverse outcomes, for which no liability will be accepted.
6. Results Disclaimer
All treatments are provided on a best-effort basis. Results vary between individuals depending on skin type, condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.
7. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare and homecare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes. No liability is accepted for results affected by non-compliance.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss, damage, adverse reaction, or outcome resulting from failure to follow advice, undisclosed medical conditions, or individual skin response.
9. Patch Testing
Patch testing may be required for certain treatments. Failure to attend a required patch test will result in cancellation of the appointment.
10. Data Protection
Client information is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of treatment, booking management, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Amendments
The practitioner reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply at the time of booking.
