Congestion Charge Application If your appointment is scheduled in an area that falls within a Congestion Zone, a congestion charge will be added to the total cost of your service. This charge is applicable to cover the additional costs incurred for traveling to locations subject to a Congestion Zone fee.
Notification of Congestion Charge Clients will be notified in advance if their appointment location is within a Congestion Zone. The congestion charge amount will be communicated at the time of booking, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Charge Amount The congestion charge will be applied based on the current fee set by the local authorities. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added on top of the standard service charges.
Payment Terms The congestion charge is due at the time of the appointment payment. Failure to pay the congestion charge will result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled.
Exemptions If the area you reside in is not within a Congestion Zone, no additional fees will apply. Please note that this charge only applies to locations where a congestion fee is enforced by local authorities.

To ensure the best and safest treatment, a consultation form must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled.
• A £35 rescheduling fee will apply in order to rebook your slot.
This policy protects your safety, respects my time, and ensures fairness to all clients.
Please ensure there is enough space for the massage bed and a clean, safe environment.
• Any distractions (smoke, pets, unsuitable environment) may result in cancellation, with fees applying.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% of the treatment fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show = 100% of the treatment fee.
Please arrive/be ready on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled, with fees still applying.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your treatment cost is required to secure all bookings.
• This payment is taken upfront at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be deducted
from your total balance on the day of your treatment.
• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases where the therapist must cancel.
• Please inform me of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or contagious illnesses prior to your appointment.
• If treatment cannot go ahead due to undisclosed conditions, cancellation fees will apply.
Treatments are a time for relaxation - please ensure children are cared for elsewhere
Guests should not be present in the treatment space, unless agreed beforehand
Please ensure you are showered and clean before your massage The therapist will provide fresh, sanitised equipment and linens for every appointment
