AlchAmy Beauty Studio – Terms & Conditions Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to relax and complete any necessary forms. Cancellations & No-Shows We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a your deposit being lost. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. Late Arrivals Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid disrupting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your appointment. AlchAmy Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or adjust treatments based on health concerns or contraindications. All tools, linens, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between each client. Payments We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be honoured once a booking is confirmed. Children & Guests To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not accompany you to your appointment unless agreed upon in advance or due to medical reasons. Privacy Policy All personal information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and communication purposes, in accordance with GDPR and local data protection laws. Spiritual & Holistic Treatments Disclaimer Holistic and energy-based treatments, such as Reiki and chakra balancing, are complementary practices and not a substitute for professional medical care. Right to Refuse Service AlchAmy Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or in violation of these terms.
