Welcome to Alexandria Beauty. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Information

Alexandria Beauty is a home-based skin and massage business located in England, UK. All treatments are provided by appointment only. By booking a treatment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance via our website.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment — cash is preferred.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to enjoy your full treatment duration.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time without a reduction in cost.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

“No-shows” (missed appointments without notice) will be charged in full and may affect future bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

4. Health & Safety

New clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first treatment.

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or changes to your health before each appointment.

Certain conditions may require a doctor’s note or mean a treatment cannot be carried out safely.

Alexandria Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Payments

A deposit is payable at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your treatment.

Cash is preferred, but other payment options may be available upon request.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

6. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Treatment packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Treatments and services are non-refundable once provided.

If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact Alexandria Beauty within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected solely for consultation, booking, and treatment purposes.

All information is kept strictly confidential and in compliance with UK GDPR.

We will never share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Home-Based Environment

Please note that Alexandria Beauty operates from a private home studio.

Clients are asked to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect for the premises at all times.

Children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless agreed in advance.

While every care is taken to ensure your comfort and safety, Alexandria Beauty accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered during or after treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.
