Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Alex B Artistry, based in London, UK. By booking any service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Alex B Artistry offers:

• Bridal Makeup
• Occasion and Special Effects Makeup
• Spray Tanning
• One-to-One Makeup Masterclasses

All services are delivered with professionalism, care and attention to detail to ensure the best experience for every client.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made via the website, Instagram direct message, or text message.

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

4. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

All major payment methods are accepted, including cash, bank transfer and card payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a full charge (payment is non-refundable).
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and the session will be fully charged.

6. Travel Policy

Alex B Artistry provides mobile services and is happy to travel to clients within a 25-mile radius of the home base in London at no extra cost.

Travel beyond this area may incur an additional fee, discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

7. Patch Testing & Allergies

For clients with known or major allergies, a patch test is required prior to any spray tan or makeup treatment.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect the treatment outcome.

8. Age Policy

All services are available to clients aged 18 and over only.

Clients under 18 are not permitted to book or receive treatments.

9. Photography & Social Media

Alex B Artistry loves showcasing client transformations.

Photos or videos may be taken during or after appointments and shared on social media only with the client’s consent.

Clients may withdraw consent at any time by notifying Alex B Artistry in writing.

10. Client Conduct & Safety

Please arrive on time, with a clean face and no previous makeup or self-tan (unless discussed).

Alex B Artistry reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, poor hygiene, or other circumstances affecting safety or professionalism.

11. Liability

While all care is taken during treatments, Alex B Artistry cannot be held responsible for reactions or issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

12. Changes to Terms

Alex B Artistry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this website and apply immediately upon publication.
