AFTERCARE; Release - Rejuvenate -Restore
Do rest , relax, nap, read, watch a movie.
Do drink plenty of water.
Why? To flush away released toxins.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 8 hours if possible.
Why? To allow the relaxation to last the evening.
Avoid strenuous activity and exercise for 24hrs.
Why? To allow muscles to rest, body to heal and skin to rejuvenate.
You may urinate more often and/or empty your bowel completely.
Why? This is the body flushing out toxins, the extra blood circulation will have activated the digestive tract.
You may feel nauseous, fatigued, slightly sore or have a mild headache, again this is the bodies way of detoxing as well as the beginning of the healing process.
