Being more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled if I feel I cannot complete service to standards within the remaining time frame. Full payment will need to be received before booking in again.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

No shows on the day & cancellations on the day will result to full payment being charged, if this fails you will not be able to book in until it’s received.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your booking constitutes full acceptance of all policies, terms, and requirements outlined above. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with the booking.
