Terms and conditions

By booking an appointment with AlyaBeautyGlam, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Deposits are deducted from your final balance, which must be paid on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge

• If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

No-Shows

• A no-show (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

• Future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time to avoid disruption.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in:

• Reduced service time or
• Appointment cancellation with full charge applied.

Waiting Fees

• If I am required to wait due to delays (e.g. client not ready, venue delays), a waiting fee may apply.

• Waiting time is charged at £10 per 15 minutes, payable on the day.

Freelance & Travel Bookings

• Freelance bookings are subject to travel charges.

• Travel is charged at £0.75 per mile (return journey).

• Travel fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

• Parking, congestion charges, or tolls (if applicable) must be covered by the client.

Location & Access

Please ensure:

• Safe and legal parking
• Adequate lighting and workspace
• Access to a plug socket if required

Failure to provide suitable conditions may result in service refusal without refund.

Health, Skin & Liability

Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

AlyaBeautyGlam is not liable for reactions where relevant information was not disclosed.

Right to Refuse Service

AlyaBeautyGlam reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments due to inappropriate behaviour, unsafe environments, or breach of these terms.

Agreement

By paying a deposit or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
