All bookings require a £20 non-refundable booking fee. However, if cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking, the cancellation fee will be waved.
In order to ensure privacy and maintain a focused environment, all appointments must be attended by the individual scheduled only.
Please be advised that if you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from the treatment duration, and you agree to pay the full amount for the scheduled service.
