Terms and conditions

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours before expected appointment will be charged a non refundable £20 short notice fee. After this period you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee

All clients get a 10 minute grace period as I understand things happen. After 10 minutes you may not be able to receive the full treatment you booked so treatment may need to be altered to time remaining. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment , your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged for the treatment booked.
