π©·To make sure every client has the best experience, I have a few simple policies in place. By booking an appointment, you must agree to the terms and conditions below.β¬οΈ
ππ’π’πππ‘ππ¦ ππ‘π ππ£π£π’ππ‘π§π ππ‘π§π¦ -A non refundable booking free/deposit is required to secure your appointment . -This will be deducted from your final balance on the day. -Please arrive on time to your appointment as you could be at risk of loosing your appointment.
πππ‘ππππππ§ππ’π‘π¦ ππ‘π π₯ππ¦πππππ¨πππ‘π -Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24hours before your appointment. -Cancellations made within 24hours will result in a cancellation fee which is 50% of your appointment. -No shows will be charged the full appointment before being able to book again.
π£ππ¬π ππ‘π§π¦ -Payment is due at the end of your appointment. -Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer.
πππ§ππ₯πππ₯π ππ‘π π₯ππ¦π£π’π‘π¦ππππππ§π¬ -After care has been provided for all treatments this is the clientβs responsibility to thoroughly read through and follow this advice.
π£ππ’π§π’ππ₯ππ£ππ¬ ππ‘π π¦π’ππππ π ππππ -photos/videos may be taken for portfolio/social media purposes. Please inform me if you do not wish for images to be shared.
PATCH TEST
patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours before you scheduled appointment date for lash lift, brow lamination or tinting appointment. Please book this if you are a new client or have not had these treatments with me before. appointment will be at risk of cancellation if no patch test has been completed!
