48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost before being able to rebook.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full treatment.
Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to be cancelled or adapted depending on the remaining time.
Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a no-show.
4. Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for certain treatments (lash lift, tinting, brow tint).
Patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
If you refuse a patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
5. Infills (Lashes)
Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks with at least 40–50% of lashes remaining.
Anything less may be charged as a full set.
I do not infill work from other artists unless agreed beforehand.
6. Makeup Appointments
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
For hygiene reasons, no outside products or tools can be used unless previously agreed.
7. Health & Safety
If you attend your appointment with symptoms of an eye infection, cold sores (for makeup), or any contagious condition, your treatment will not go ahead and your deposit will be lost.
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to booking.
8. Children & Guests
For safety and concentration, no children or extra guests are allowed at appointments unless agreed beforehand.
9. Payments
Accepted payment methods (cash, bank transfer).
10. Refunds
No refunds are given for services already performed, but adjustments can be made within 48 hours if needed (subject to approval
