Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost before being able to rebook.

3. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full treatment.
• Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to be cancelled or adapted depending on the remaining time.
• Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a no-show.

4. Patch Tests

• Patch tests are required for certain treatments (lash lift, tinting, brow tint).
• Patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• If you refuse a patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

5. Infills (Lashes)

• Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks with at least 40–50% of lashes remaining.
• Anything less may be charged as a full set.
• I do not infill work from other artists unless agreed beforehand.

6. Makeup Appointments

• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
• For hygiene reasons, no outside products or tools can be used unless previously agreed.

7. Health & Safety

• If you attend your appointment with symptoms of an eye infection, cold sores (for makeup), or any contagious condition, your treatment will not go ahead and your deposit will be lost.
• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to booking.

8. Children & Guests

• For safety and concentration, no children or extra guests are allowed at appointments unless agreed beforehand.

9. Payments

• Accepted payment methods (cash, bank transfer).

10. Refunds

• No refunds are given for services already performed, but adjustments can be made within 48 hours if needed (subject to approval
