Terms and Conditions

A £10 deposit will be required from you at the time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until this is sent across.

If a cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before your booking, your deposit will be refunded or moved over to your next scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to your booking, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one required before your next appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your booking means your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining amount of the service is due. This includes no shows. If a cancellation is made by me within 24 hours prior to your booking (due to illness etc), then you will be offered £10 off your next appointment.

I unfortunately will not infill another nail technician’s work. Removal of work not completed by me will be charged at £2 on top of your original appointment fee. due to the extra product and time required for a removal, if the product on your nails before your first appointment with me is unregulated (MMA), the extra charge may be subject to change. I will not be able to remove acrylic products at the appointment.

Clients are responsible for the care and maintenance of their nails between appointments. If you would like advice on how to care for your manicure and ensure it lasts 3-4 weeks, please don’t hesitate to ask at your appointment. Any repairs required within 7 days after your appointment will be carried out free of charge. If a repair is required between 7-14 days after your appointment, please contact me for pricing. Any repairs required after this time will be required to pay the amount of a full appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By scheduling an appointment you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
