Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Angelic Look Lashes & Beauty, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. These policies ensure fairness, professionalism, and a smooth experience for every client who books into the diary.
Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or cancelled.
In this case, the late cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I completely understand that plans can change, however, late cancellations have a direct impact on appointment availability and business operations.
- 48+ hours’ notice: appointment may be rescheduled with no fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: a 50% fee of the booked treatment applies.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: the full treatment price (100%) will be charged.
All cancellation fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future bookings.
Patch Testing
- Patch testing may be required for selected treatments for safety and insurance purposes.
- If a patch test is needed, it must be completed within the required timeframe before your appointment.
- Failure to attend a required patch test will result in cancellation of the treatment and a cancellation fee will apply.
Health, Medical or Suitability Concerns
- Please inform me of any eye conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, hormonal changes or recent procedures.
- Treatments may be declined if considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Infills
- Infills are accepted when at least 40–50% of the original lashes remain.
- If retention is too low or work was completed elsewhere, a removal and full set may be required.
Aftercare & Results
- Results and retention vary based on natural features and lifestyle.
- Aftercare guidance must be followed to maintain results.
- Refunds are not offered for results affected by aftercare, lifestyle or external factors outside of technician control.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not available.
If you have a concern, please contact within 48 hours so I can assess and assist.
Salon Environment & Conduct
- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
- To maintain a calm and safe environment, please attend alone, unless agreed in advance.
