Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period for lateness.
• Appointments will be cancelled after the 15 minute grace period and will be treated as a no-show. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

2. Age Verification

• We reserve the right to request photo ID to verify age if we suspect a client may be under 18.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Angel Marie Aesthetics.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late reschedules may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of your deposit.

4. Treatment Policy

• All treatments are administered following a professional consultation.
• Clients must disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies, or pregnancy/breastfeeding status.
• Results may vary between individuals; no guarantees are made.

5. Safety and Aftercare

• Clients agree to follow aftercare instructions provided by Angel Marie Aesthetics.
• We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if aftercare instructions are not followed.

6. Practitioner Rights

• Angel Marie Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
• Practitioners may modify or cancel appointments at their discretion. In this case, deposits will be fully refunded.

7. Liability

• Clients consent to treatment at their own risk, and must complete the consent forms provided, ensuring they are filled out correctly and truthfully with all the information about your selected treatment being read.

8. Photography & Marketing

• With consent, photos may be taken for before-and-after records or marketing purposes.
• Photos will not be used without client permission.
