Deposits

All bookings required a non refundable £15 deposit fee.

Payment

I accept cash or card for the remainder of your appointment amount. 

Late Arrival

My scheduling allows the correct amount of time to complete your appointment. If you are running 15 minutes or more late unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full appointment. 

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and traffic.

Please ensure to arrive to your appointment by yourself, plus ones and children are welcome but please ask before your appointment.

I do not work on anyone else’s work! However I do offer the removal of others work but I need to know before your appointment.
