1. Booking & Payments
- All appointments must be booked in advance via the official booking system.
- Full payment or a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of payment/booking fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled with full charge applied.
This is non-negotiable — it protects your business from last-minute gaps.
3. Refund Policy
- All treatments and services are non-refundable.
- Results vary from person to person; therefore, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
- Prepaid courses/packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Treatment Suitability & Results
- All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment.
- Treatment suitability is determined by the practitioner based on medical history and assessment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
- Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on lifestyle, medical conditions, and adherence to aftercare.
5. Medical Disclosure
- Clients must provide full and accurate medical history, including medications, allergies, and conditions.
- Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse outcomes, for which the clinic is not liable.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or certain medical conditions may restrict treatment eligibility.
6. Aftercare Responsibility
- Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and is not the responsibility of the clinic.
- Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of treatment.
7. Packages & Offers
- All packages must be paid in full upfront.
- Packages are valid for a specified time period (recommended: 3–6 months — you choose).
- Missed appointments within a package will be deducted from the total sessions.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.
8. Children & Guests
- No children or additional guests are permitted unless agreed in advance.
- This ensures a safe, professional, and uninterrupted environment.
9. Clinic Conduct
- We maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of treatment and potential banning from future bookings.
10. Liability
- All treatments are carried out by a qualified professional.
- By booking, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with aesthetic treatments.
- The clinic is not liable for:
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Failure to follow aftercare
- Individual variation in results
11. Late Arrivals
- Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
- Full payment still applies.
12. Deposits
- Deposits/booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This secures your appointment slot and covers lost time in case of cancellation.
13. Right to Amend
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
- The latest version will always be available on our booking system.
14. Consent
- By booking an appointment, you confirm that:
- You have read and agreed to these terms
- You consent to the treatment
- You understand the risks and aftercare requirements
