Booking & Appointment Confirmation • All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online, or in person. • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to confirm your appointment. Please ensure all details are correct. • If you have special requests (e.g., allergies, sensitivities), please inform the salon prior to your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, typically 50-100% of the service cost. • Please be punctual for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.

Minors • Clients under the age of 18 are not permitted to book services at my salon. .
Gift Cards & Promotions • Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms. • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
