Avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, or sugary drinks, as they can lead to dehydration. -Rest & Relax Allow time to rest and recover after the massage, especially if feeling lightheaded or sleepy. Avoid heavy exercise or strenuous activity for at least 24 hours to let muscles recover. -Eat Light & Nutritious Meals Opt for healthy, balanced meals to support the body's natural healing process. Avoid heavy or processed foods that may make digestion sluggish. - Take a Warm Bath or Shower A warm bath with Epsom salts can help soothe any soreness and further relax muscles. Avoid very hot showers or baths immediately after, as they may cause dizziness. Aftercare Advice -Listen to Your Body Some soreness or tenderness is normal; gently stretch if needed. If experiencing discomfort, apply a warm compress or a cold pack to affected areas. -Avoid Stimulants & Alcohol Alcohol and caffeine can dehydrate the body and slow down the detox process.
