Terms and conditions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment are free. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of the booking fee.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

We understand that life happens, but missed appointments affect our schedule and other clients. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Appointment Requirements: Clients must attend their appointments alone. All treatments are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.
