Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.
2. Deposits
A 50% booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
3. Cancellations and Reschedules
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits will be transferred to the new booking.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, may be charged the remaining balance.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in you being charged the remaining balance. Repeat no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
7. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where necessary for safety.
A consultation form must be completed prior to your appointment. Please ensure all medical conditions are fully disclosed, as failure to do so may result in the full treatment cost being charged.
8. Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided. We cannot be responsible for results where aftercare instructions are not followed.
9. Payments
The remaining balance is payable at the appointment via the accepted payment methods.
10. Right to Amend
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at the time of booking.
