Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
3. Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of the deposit.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the appointment time. Deposits will be transferred to the new booking.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Repeat no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
7. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where necessary for safety.
8. Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided. We cannot be responsible for results where aftercare instructions are not followed.
9. Payments
The remaining balance is payable at the appointment via the accepted payment methods.
10. Right to Amend
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at the time of booking.
