By booking an appointment with Art Sense Beauty, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final service cost. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit. 3. Refund Policy All beauty services are non-refundable once performed. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations or change of mind. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must check their confirmation email and carefully read all pre-appointment instructions. For cosmetic tattoo services, clients are responsible for purchasing and bringing their own numbing cream (instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email). Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, with deposit forfeited. 5. Health & Safety It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.
