Deposit - A £10 deposit is required to secure your date/time. You can move your appointment once before your deposit is forfeited and a new £10 deposit will be required.
Cancelation Policy - The cancellation policy is in forced in every case:
No Show cases results in 50% charge of your booked appointment. Failure to do so will result in inability to book any further appointments until fee is paid.
If you are running more than 10-15 minutes late, I may have to change appointment type/re-book your appointment. If rebooking appointment is needed this is be classed as a no show and 50% of your booking will be required to be paid be further appointments are booked.
Nail breakages - If you lose, break or chip a nail within 24 hours of your appointment, I will take full responsibility for that and the nail fix will be on me. Any breakages after that time will be charged appropriately for the fix.
- If you are pregnant, on medication or struggling with any kind of hormonal imbalance, this could have an effect on the longevity of your nails and needs to be taken into consideration.
