Deposits - To secure your appointment I require a non refundable deposit of £10 for new clients. This must be paid within 24 hours of booking, otherwise your slot will not be confirmed. The remaining balance of your service will then be paid on the day.
First appointment- A small consultation will be carried out within your appointment. This will be to discuss any allergies or pre existing medical conditions, i.e. fungal infections, pregnancy etc. If there is something I should be aware of, please make me aware before your appointment, I will prohibit a service if necessary to do so.
Your appointment - All payments are taken by bank transfer. These details will be given to you prior to your appointment/within your service. Please note no plus ones are allowed at your appointment. Please attend your appointment with the following preparation - bare nails with no product on, I do not remove other techs work so please get this removed before your appointment.
Infills are recommended every 3/4 weeks depending on the individual, to maintain good health and prevent injury. At Ash studios, I recommend having a removal every 4/5 infills, this is to check the health of the natural nail and de-bulk any product for a fresh application. If you have any broken nails or damage I should be aware of, please let me know prior to your appointment so I can dedicate the correct time required.
Arriving to your appointment - On arrival please wait outside or in your car before your appointment, I do not have a waiting area so please message me on arrival and I will get to you as soon as I can.
Please arrive on time to your appointment, lateness may result in me being unable to fulfil your entire service requests. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will be unable to accommodate completing your treatment and the full service cost will be required.
Cancellation fees - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before, without losing your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or are a ‘no show’ the full cost of your appointment will be required.
