- A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

- Deposits are deducted from your final total.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your appointment.
- No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be unable to book again.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are not offered.
- A 3-day grace period is available after your appointment for a free touch-up or removal, depending on circumstances.
- Discounted sets are not eligible for the complimentary touch-up or removal.
💕 Refills
- Foreign refills are not provided.
- At least 50% of extensions must remaining for a refill.
- Refills are only accepted within 3 weeks of your last appointment.
- Book refills correctly - if booked incorrectly as a refill instead of a full set, there may not be enough time to complete your service.
🧴 Before Your Appointment
Please follow these guidelines to ensure the best results:
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows.
- A $10 makeup removal fee applies if extra cleansing is needed.
- Avoid makeup, moisturiser, contact lenses, and caffeine 4 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please arrive on time.
- If early, wait outside (unless the weather is bad).
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.
🚫 Behaviour & Payments
- Refusal to pay for services will result in police involvement.
- Disrespectful behaviour towards myself or my home will result in immediate cancellation and being blocked from future bookings.
😷 Health & Safety
For the safety of my family member currently undergoing chemotherapy:
- All clients must wear a face mask during their appointment (provided).
- If you are unwell, please reschedule - your deposit will be transferred to your next booking.
- Clients showing signs of illness or refusing to wear a mask will be turned away and forfeit their deposit.
- This policy is non-negotiable and in place to protect my loved ones.
