💸 Deposits
- A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Reschedules made with more than 48 hours notice can only transfer their deposit once.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are not offered.
- A 3-day grace period is available after your appointment for a complimentary touch-up or removal, depending on the situation.
- Discounted or promotional sets are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups or removals.
- Results may vary per individual and are dependent on proper aftercare.
💕 Refills
- Foreign refills (work done elsewhere) are not accepted.
- At least 50% of extensions must remain for a refill to be eligible.
- Refills must be booked within 3 weeks of your previous appointment.
- After 3 refills, a new full set is required to maintain lash quality and style.
🚫 Behaviour & Payments
- Full payment is required at the end of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer.
- Refusal to pay for services will result in police involvement.
- Disrespectful behaviour towards myself, my home, or my family will result in immediate cancellation and being blocked from future bookings.
