By booking in at Aura you agree to all our terms and condition.
Cancellation & No-Show
Aura requires a 25% deposit on all bookings, if you need to cancel or reschedule up to 48hours before your appointment this will be refunded or used for your rescheduled appointment deposit.
If you cancel after the 48hour mark is up, you will lose your deposit and be charged a further 25%.
If you no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled treatment. No-show’s include; not turning up to your appointment without letting us know, letting us know you are not coming to your appointment 10 minutes before your appointment starts (anything before this we will accept as late cancellation) or cancelling during your allocated appointment time.
We Kindly Request
We kindly request children not to attend your appointment. The salon is a space to relax for yourself and others. If your child needs to attend your appointment you will need to get intouch and ask so we can assess if it’s safe, respectful for other paying customers and suitable for the type of treatment booked in.
