Terms & Conditions

• I agree that if I am over 10 mins late, a £10 late fee will automatically be added to my booking.

• If I cancel my appointment less than 48 hours before my booking or no show, I will be charged the total remaining balance.

• I agree that if I need to reschedule my appointment less than 48 hours before the booking, I will need to pay another booking fee for the new slot.

• I agree that if I remove a service from my booking less than 48 hours before the booking, I will still be charged for that service.

• I agree that if I am over 15 mins late/ do not show up, my appointment may be cancelled and I will be automatically charged the remaining amount.

• I agree to not bring any plus 1s as they will be turned away.

• I agree to not bring any food/eat during the appointment
