For all aesthetic treatments, clients must:
• Be 18+ (ID may be required).
• Be medically suitable for the treatment, not pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Complete a full consultation before the appointment.
• Disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications.
I reserve the right to decline treatment if it is unsafe, contraindicated, or not in your best interest.
•No drinking alcohol for 12 hours
•No caffeine for 6 hours.
•Keep the area clean and dry. You are free to wash the area 6 hours after treatment.
•Drink at least 300ml after treatment, water will be provided. You will also need to drink plenty of water after the treatment to ensure the best results.
•Fasting for 6 hours before and after the treatment will provide the best results but is not necessary.
•Massage treated area/s daily and use arnica cream to reduce or prevent any slight bruising that may occur at the injection site. This is available to buy at your treatment.
• A full consultation is required before every aesthetic appointment.
• A consent form must be signed prior to treatment.
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe expectations are unrealistic or the treatment is not suitable.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.
• Cash or bank transfer accepted (update this if needed).
• Full payment may be required for clients with repeat late cancellations or no-shows.
• I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
• Frequent no-shows may result in refusal of future services.
This policy protects my time and ensures fairness to all clients.
Lateness:Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• There is a 10-minute grace period — after this, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• If you arrive too late for me to complete the treatment safely, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have active cold sores or an outbreak starting
• Have certain autoimmune conditions (consultation required)
• Have recently had viral or bacterial infections around the mouth
• Have dental work planned within 2 weeks before or after your appointment
If you have a history of cold sores, you may require antiviral medication from your GP prior to treatment.
Lash treatments cannot be provided ifFor your safety, I cannot treat clients who:
• Have active eye infections or irritation
• Have had recent eye surgery
• Are experiencing allergic reactions
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Are unable to follow aftercare or act respectfully
Infills require 50% of lash extensions remaining — anything less will be booked as a full set.
• Please arrive with clean lashes: no mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue or oils around the eye area.
• If your lashes are not clean, a cleanse fee may apply.
• Aftercare will be provided for every treatment.
• Results can vary depending on individual lifestyle, aftercare, natural lash growth and skin type.
• Failure to follow aftercare may affect retention or longevity of the service received.
Should you experience any unexpected symptoms after aesthetics (severe pain, blanching, breathing difficulty, excessive swelling), please contact me immediately.

Suitability Requirements

• Understand multiple sessions may be required
• Avoid alcohol 24 hours before & after treatment
Fat dissolving cannot be performed if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic (depending on severity), have liver/kidney conditions, or certain metabolic disorders.
