By booking an appointment with AVENUE29 you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge the responsibility to pay for all and any treatments provided and that it is your responsibility to follow through aftercare advice and instructions Provided.

Deposits are non-refundable, however you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to a future booking once. A 50% deposit is required for all aesthetic treatments in order to confirm your booking. If you do not confirm your booking within 24 hours, your appointment slot will be re released.

If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be not be returned to you. If you are no longer able to attend your appointment, please notify us with at least 24hrs notice to avoid receiving a no show fee. However please also contact us for any last minute changes as we may be able to accommodate you. A grace period of 15 minutes will Be allowed for all appointments. However please contact us as soon as you are able to and we will try to accommodate you if possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled due to the time needed to compete treatments. Please discuss with us first.
