1. Appointments and Bookings
- All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
- When booking, you must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if we believe a client is unsuitable for treatment or has provided false information.
2. Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
- If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be retained in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- All charges will be processed using the payment details provided at the time of booking.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion.
5. Client Eligibility and Consent
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
- Treatments will not be performed on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must complete and sign a medical and consent form before receiving any treatment.
- It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.
6. Medical Disclaimer
- All treatments provided are non-surgical aesthetic procedures and results may vary between individuals.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes and advise that results depend on individual response and adherence to aftercare instructions.
- Our practitioners are trained and insured to perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with UK regulations.
- If you experience any adverse effects following treatment, you must contact us immediately.
7. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
- Refunds may only be considered where a treatment has not been performed due to practitioner decision or medical contraindication.
8. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers and promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- Discounts and promotions may not be used in conjunction with each other.
