Please read and agree before booking A £10 deposit is required for all new clients to secure your appointment slot. This is non refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This will be 50% of your total payment (deposit included if paid). Failure to pay this will mean you cannot book back in until this has been cleared. No shows will be charged full price of the appointment. Please let me know if you are running late as we may have to adapt your treatment to fit in within your allotted time slot. Cash & Bank Transfer are my only methods of payment.
