By booking an appointment with B.Glowing, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Appointment Policy • All appointments must be booked in advance, either through our online booking system or by direct contact. • Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message. 2. Cancellation Policy • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit • No-shows will not redeem their deposit. 3. Pricing and Fair Use • All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services and pricing based on demand, availability, or business needs. • Special offers or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. 4. Payment Methods • Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. • We accept cash or bank transfer as payment methods. • Bank transfer payments must be cleared before or at the time of service; proof of payment may be requested. 5. Client Responsibilities • Please arrive on time to ensure full service. • Clients must follow pre- and post-tan care instructions for the best results and to avoid additional fees due to rescheduling. 6. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health concerns.
