🖤✨ Aftercare Advice – Injectable Treatments ✨🖤 B Unique Aesthetics To achieve the best results and reduce the risk of side effects, please follow the advice below: Immediately After Treatment Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising is normal and should settle within a few days. Apply a cool compress gently if needed (do not apply ice directly to the skin). Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area unless advised by your practitioner. For the First 24 Hours Avoid make-up on the treated area. Avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming. Do not expose the area to excess heat or direct sunlight. Avoid lying flat for at least 4 hours following treatment. For the First 48 Hours Avoid facials, massages, and beauty treatments in the treated area. Continue to avoid heat-based treatments and intense exercise. General Aftercare Stay well hydrated. Avoid dental treatment for at least 2 weeks following dermal filler. Results may take up to 14 days to fully settle. A follow-up appointment may be recommended if required.
