We understand that things come up and plans can change, but please be mindful that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. A 50% fee will apply to cancellations made the day before your appointment, and a 100% fee will apply to same-day cancellations or no-shows.
