I was a bit dubious about having a deep tissue massage as i had heard its painful and uncomfortable but suffering with back pain for years i thought go for it and im glad i ddid.yes it was a little uncomfortable but i was asked to speak up if it was too painful. I feel so much better for it today. I felt a little tender the following day but Liv did managed to rid me of a few knots so it was definitely worth it. I will book again. Thank you x

Today for the first time I had a Japanese head spa. It was so lovely, I have had a headache on and off for a few weeks now and such tension in my head.
