Thankyou for choosing ‘Baldwins Beauty!’ To make sure every client has the best experience, please take a moment to read through my simple salon policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

I understand that life happens, however, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment Cancellations or changes made with less that 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50%. No show appointments may be charged in full Your account with Baldwins Beauty will be suspended until the fee is paid in full

My salon operates with one member of staff. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know so I can offer alternate times. Clients are asked to wait outside until invited in, as the salon is a small space and I may be finishing with my previous client or cleaning down ready for your appointment. Arriving early is lovely, but I may need the time to get ready for you!

A free parking space is available directly in front of the salon at a first come first served basis. If there is no space in front of the salon, please use the garden centre car park. If you are attending an appointment from 5pm onwards, please park in front of the salon building for your safety whilst being on site in the dark during winter months. I cannot accept responsibility for vehicles or belongings left in vehicles.

Clients must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect their service. I reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments if necessary for health and safety reasons. SMOKING AND VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE SALON.

Full payments are due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS : CARD & CASH

Please keep your belongings safe whilst in the salon, as I do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

I reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.

As the salon is small and private, space is limited. For the comfort and safety of all clients, please don’t bring a party of guests. I understand that sometimes childcare can be difficult, but I ask that you don’t bring children to your appointments, unless totally necessary and disused with me first.

The salon is located within a shared site with other businesses. Please be respectful of the garden centre, the animals on the grounds, neighbouring businesses and other visitors. Facilities such as shared toilets are available — please leave them clean and tidy for the next person. Any inappropriate behaviour or misuse of shared areas may result in future bookings being declined
