Terms and conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure all new bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of deposit. We understand that emergencies happen, in such circumstances we are lenient.

We have a strict one strike policy. If you no show without contacting us, you will be unable to book any future appointments.

If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced or ultimately rescheduled. The full service fee will still apply.

All services and deposits are non refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out within 48 hours.

Due to the nature of our services, the salon has hot wax, blades and sharp implements as well as stairs outside the salon door, therefore we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. If you absolutely must, please let us know so that we can make it as safe as possible.

Please arrive to your appointment with clean skin and lashes. If you are unwell or contagious, please reschedule your appointment.
