Booked in with Michalla for a Hollywood wax and honestly… WOW! 🤩 I’ve had waxing done at a few different places before, but Michalla is by far the most knowledgeable, professional and caring person I’ve ever been to. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease, which makes such a difference when having a treatment like this! She was incredibly thorough, took her time and clearly takes so much pride in what she does. Michala is just lovely. First time for an upper lip and chin wax for me. I was slightly anxious in case it hurt - but it didn't. She did a thorough job, threading out the sneaky little ones, and put me at my ease. Her charges were very reasonable. Would 100 % recommend her if you need waxing done.

What an incredible amazing care today! I had booked my very first wax experience with this lovely lady Michalla, I had booked quite a few areas to wax such as, full legs, arms, armpits and an intimate one... the hollywood. I was nervous as I also suffer with PCOS and extremely self conscious with my body issues caused by PCOS. Michalla did not only make me feel comfortable but made me feel safe and normal. We had giggles during our session, she explained what she was doing each stage and helped advise of my body care plan with my waxing going forward. The areas waxed were done so so well. Loving the smooth skin. Michalla I cannot thank you enough, I walked I to your rooms feeling like a insecure lady and walked out feeling good and confident with my smooth results. Looking forward to returning and starting this waxing permanent journey. Xxx So grateful.

This is the first time I had a lash lift, Michalla was so lovely, explained everything that would happen and chatted with me through the appointment, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My eyes look amazing, I can’t quite believe how full they look. I would highly recommend Michalla for her skill and professionalism. Can’t wait to have my brows done in a couple of weeks.
