My most recent appointment Michalla was warm and welcoming and took time to talk me through each of the steps to ensure I was comfortable and understood the benefits of the processes. A pain free appointment and wonderful results with no post treatment soreness or issues. In 25 years of treatment in this area with many different specialists this was the best, both during and post treatment. I would highly recommend Michalla.

It was my first time visiting Michalla today for a Hollywood Wax and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Had my first appointment today with Michalla for a Hollywood wax. Michalla was so lovely and reassuring the second I walked through the door and talked through everything she was doing from start to finish, checking in to make sure I was still comfortable. Probably the most thorough wax I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back.
