Michalla made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I had never had a wax of any kind before so was nervous on arrival, but those nerves disappeared instantly and michalla talked me through everything she was doing and also kept the chat light too! Would 100% recommend and booked my next appointment before I left!

Had a full leg, Hollywood and armpit wax with Michalla. I felt quite nervous going in but I was made to feel at ease straight away. Michalla was very calming and understanding and talked me through the process from start to finish. The pain wasn’t bad either. Thank you for making me feel so relaxed x
