once your booking is accepted you will have to complete a consultation form and pay a deposit to secure your appointment. My cancellation/ no show policies are on my page but to let you know briefly… cancelling less than 48hours before your appointment will result in your deposit not being refunded. On the day cancellation will result in 50% of remaining payment due, due to me not being able to fill your appointment. NO SHOWS will be expected to pay in full.
