A non refundable 50% booking fee is due within 7 days of the request to secure your appointment. Without this booking fee, your appointment is not confirmed. This will be deducted from your overall appointment cost on the day. Any appointment changes or cancellations, must be made within 24hrs of your appointment. This can be done through your original confirmation email or on the website under "my bookings" or messaging Suzie direct. Failure to provide 24hrs notice will result in the full amount of your appointment being charged to the card saved on record.
