Booking policy
By booking an appointment with Beau Beauty & Beau Skin, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
At Beau Beauty, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We dedicate time, care, and attention to ensure a calm, personalised, and exceptional experience from the moment you arrive.
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final treatment cost and confirms your reserved time.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled, amended within this timeframe, or missed entirely will be charged in full as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Any outstanding balances must be settled before future bookings can be made.
Patch Testing Policy
Where a patch test is required, this must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid patch test before booking and attending their appointment. Treatments cannot be carried out without a valid patch test, and failure to comply will result in the appointment being treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
Japanese Head Spa – Important Information
The Japanese Head Spa is a luxury relaxation and scalp health ritual designed to promote wellbeing, scalp balance, and hair health. It is not a blow-dry or styling service.
Hair will be left damp and naturally finished following your appointment.
This treatment is not suitable for clients with hair extensions currently in place. We recommend booking your Head Spa at the time of extension removal or prior to refitting for the most effective results.
The treatment is also not suitable within 48 hours of any chemical hair services, including colouring, bleaching, perming or other chemical treatments due to scalp sensitivity.
For safety reasons, this treatment may not be suitable if you have open cuts, abrasions, active scalp conditions or infections, or significant irritation or sunburn on the scalp or skin. If you are unsure, please seek advice prior to booking.
SPMU Policy Information
SPMU 6–8 week top-up appointments are included within your initial treatment price, provided they are attended within the recommended 6–8 week healing timeframe.
It is the client’s responsibility to book their top-up appointment in advance to ensure availability and achieve the best possible healed results.
Top-up appointments may be rescheduled once only, and must still fall within the 6–8 week timeframe. If the appointment is moved outside of this period, the full top-up fee will become payable in order to proceed, as additional time and work will be required.
Any missed appointments or failure to attend will also result in the full top-up fee being charged before rebooking, as dedicated time is reserved specifically for you.
These policies are in place to protect your reserved time and ensure every visit is seamless, professional, and luxurious.
