Booking Policy

At Beau Beauty & Beau Skin, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We dedicate time, care, and attention to ensure a calm, personalised, and exceptional experience from the moment you arrive.

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final treatment cost and ensures your time is reserved and prepared perfectly for you.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled or changed within this period, or unattended, will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Any outstanding balances must be cleared before future bookings can be made.

Where a patch test is required, it must be completed in advance. Treatments cannot proceed without a valid patch test, and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation if this requirement is not met.

SPMU 6–8 week top-up appointments are included within your initial treatment when attended within the recommended timeframe. Late cancellations or missed top-up appointments will require the full top-up fee to be paid before rebooking, as dedicated time is allocated for you.
