After your initial nail appointment with me, your next visit will include a rebalance service.
This is similar to what’s often called an ‘infill’, however the process is more thorough.
During your rebalance, I’ll remove around 80% of the old product and reapply fresh product. This allows me to check the health of your natural nails and remove any lifting.
Rebalancing keeps your nails stronger, healthier and longer-lasting. It helps to reduce the risk of allergies and allows me to identify any potential issues, before they become more serious.
Please note: appointments scheduled more than 4 weeks after your last visit may incur an additional charge, as extra time and prep is required to ensure the best results during your rebalance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will be charged the full amount of the appointment cost.
Unpaid charges will result in the cancellation of all future bookings, and you will be unable to reschedule until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Deposits are non-refundable however can be transferred to another date, if outside the cancellation period.
This policy is agreed to upon booking and will be in place in every circumstance.
Please note, this includes situations where multiple treatments are booked - the full cost of all scheduled treatments will still apply
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will not be able to go ahead and the full amount will still be charged.
New clients must arrive with bare nails (free from any product), or ensure a removal is booked alongside their appointment.
Nail appointments scheduled more than 4 weeks after your last visit may incur an additional charge, as extra time and prep work is required.
Whilst appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, I kindly ask that changes are kept to a minimum, as frequent rescheduling can disrupt my diary and availability for others.

As I cannot guarantee the quality of another technician’s work, I will never apply product over work which isn’t mine. Working over different product can also lead to retention issues and compromise results.

A full removal is recommended every 4–5 sets, or as advised during your appointment.
Starting from fresh allows us to completely assess the health of your natural nails and prevents product build up over time. It keeps your nails strong and your manicure looking seamless.
Only available when the manicure has been completed by me.
This service includes a full and safe removal of your existing Builder Gel, without applying any new product.
Your nails will be carefully filed and shaped to complement your natural nail, followed by gentle cuticle tidy and finished with a nourishing cuticle oil to hydrate and protect.
