Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will be charged the full amount of the appointment cost. Unpaid charges will result in the cancellation of all future bookings, and you will be unable to reschedule until the outstanding balance is cleared. This policy is agreed to upon booking and will be in place in every circumstance. *Please note, this includes situations where multiple treatments are booked - the full cost of all scheduled treatments will still apply*


Other Requirements

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will not be able to go ahead and the full amount will still be charged. Nail appointments scheduled more than 4 weeks after your last visit may incur an additional charge, as extra time and prep work is required. New clients must arrive with bare nails (free from any product), or ensure a removal is booked alongside their appointment. Whilst appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, I kindly ask that changes are kept to a minimum, as frequent rescheduling can disrupt my diary and availability for others.
