Section contentTerms and Conditions – Beauty at 156 Effective Date: 01/05/2025 Welcome to Beauty at 156. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Services Offered We provide professional beauty treatments including: Nail services (manicure, gel, acrylic, etc.) Waxing Eyebrow shaping and tinting Pedicures Lash lift and tint 2. Appointments & Booking Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. 3. Patch Testing A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before any tinting or lash lift treatment for new clients or those who haven’t visited in 6 months. Appointments may be cancelled or adjusted if a patch test has not been completed. 4. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service total. No-shows will also be charged 50%. Persistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 5. Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend. We accept payment via cash, card, or bank transfer. 6. Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Full payment may still be required in such cases to cover the reserved time slot. 7. Client Conduct All clients are expected to treat staff and other customers with respect. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service and may be reported. 8. Health & Safety Please notify your technician of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions before your treatment. We maintain strict hygiene standards and sanitise tools between each client. 9. Children & Guests To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they have their own appointment. 10. Changes to Terms Beauty at 156 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available upon request or via our official communication channels.
