Terms & Conditions – Brow Lamination & LVL Lash Lift 1. Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. 2. Patch Testing A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled. Even if you have had these treatments before, a patch test is urged for your safety. If you choose to decline a patch test, you must sign the disclaimer within my consent forms authorising that you understand and accept the risks of proceeding without one. 3. Contraindications You must inform your therapist if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Have any eye or skin conditions (eczema, conjunctivitis, recent eye surgery, cuts, abrasions). Have had an allergic reaction to tinting, lash lifting, or lamination products in the past. Have recently used Retinol, Accutane, or undergone chemical peels near the eye/brow area. 4. Aftercare Brow Lamination: Keep brows dry and free from makeup for 24 hours. Avoid heat, steam, swimming, or saunas for 48 hours. Do not rub or touch brows excessively. Apply nourishing brow oil daily to maintain results. LVL Lash Lift: Keep lashes dry for 24 hours. Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based products. Do not rub or pull at lashes. Use a lash conditioner or serum to maintain lash health. 5. Results & Maintenance Results vary depending on hair type, growth cycle, and aftercare. Brow lamination results typically last 6–8 weeks. LVL lash results typically last 6–8 weeks. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended. 6. Refunds & Liability No refunds will be given once a treatment has been carried out. The salon is not liable for any adverse reactions if aftercare advice is not followed. By booking, you accept that results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and disclosing any allergies. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in an adverse reaction, for which the salon accepts no responsibility. No children are permitted in the treatment room for safety and insurance reasons. If proceeding without a patch test, the client acknowledges full responsibility for any adverse reaction.
