Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling for your appointment:
No Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be accepted.
Deposit Non-Refundable: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Full Payment Required: In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the appointment in full.
No Future Bookings Without Payment: Failure to pay the remaining balance following a cancellation will result in a suspension of future bookings until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Rescheduling Process: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please cancel the current booking and rebook the treatment through the booking link.
Booking and Deposit: All bookings must be made through the booking link and require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
